Tract 46 (SOLD) : 61± Acres. & Tract 47(SOLD): 69± Acres. These are diversified tracts featuring
50% 3 year old loblolly pine and 25 year old loblolly pine. There is excellent
access on County Road 15 and hard surface County Road 252. These
are prime hunting and recreational tracts with a stream running through the
property.
C-48: 95.3± acres & Tract 49 (SOLD): 38± Acres. These tracts have easy access
from Meadowlark Lane and County Road 252. They support 3 year old loblolly
pine. Great wildlife habitat make these prime recreational tracts as well
as timber investment tracts.
Tract 50(SOLD): 65± Acres. This tract has frontage on paved Route 257 and Meadowlark
Lane. This tract could easily be divided again.

in Pitts, go north on Route 215 for 12.8 miles to intersection of Route 215 and Route 257. Turn right on
to Route 257 towards Hawkinsville. Go 5.8 miles and tract 50 will be on right. Continue on Route 257
for 0.3 and turn right on Meadowlark Road to tracts 46, 47, 48 and 49.
