Continue north on Route 23 for 5.2 miles. Turn left on Green Fork Church Road. Go 1.3 miles and cross over Perkins Green Fork Road. Continue straight on Habersham Church Road for 2.2 miles. Turn right on Speedy Sapp Road (Brick church on corner). Go 1.1 mile and tract 18 is on the right and tract 19 is on the left. Turn left on Boone Road for tracts 19 and 20. Tract 20 also has frontage on Speedy Sapp Road.
